As these resources are purchased in dollars, the devaluation of our local currency, the real, against the dollar, significantly increases monthly costs. Thus, donations become essential to balance these additional expenses and allow the continuous development of the site.

Different methods are used to manage donations depending on the page accessed by users.

For pages in Portuguese (pt-br), the only donation option is via Pix, providing a quick and secure way to contribute. For all other pages, the Ko-fi platform is used to facilitate donations. Ko-fi is a third-party service with its own privacy policy and methods of data collection and use, such as cookies and data logs.

Payments on Ko-fi are made via PayPal. When making a donation through Ko-fi, the donor's display name and email are shared with Loqva. It is emphasized that Loqva does not use, sell, or share the information obtained after the donation process for other purposes.

Loqva strongly discourages donations made by individuals under 16 years of age.
